Actually, David Bowie was a musical Artist from the 80’s, and he still makes music today. He has acted in a fair few things but he is most commonly known for his music. But you are right, Seifer does look like him!
As for Squall looking like River Pheonix, I’m not sure there.

i really see no resemblence between squall and river pheonix except maybe the hair. me and some friends at school tried to do it with people in our year. we got all the main charcters and enemies with one girl bearing incredible resemblance to rinoa. my friends all say i look like squall which is quite flatering.
