I got mithril from the sleeping man, then i went right of Gold saucer and found a hut.
But the guy that lives there arent home ?!
Is it the wrong house ? or will he come back soon ? 😛

I think that once you have the tiny bronco you can go there and get a gold armlet/Great Gospel.

It’s the right house, but the guy ain’t there until you’re trying to find the Keystone. 🙂 Make sure you go to the top chest too~

You have to be in the part of the game where you are planning to go to the temple.. Then you will have to find the keystone and thats when you go to the house with the mythril.
