Yep. That’s a part in the very end, right before the big, climactic ending sequence…the very last battle with Sephiroth to be exact.
Also, next time, you may wanna’ mark this thread with warnings of a spoiler (it is kind of a spoiler, y’know).

That is the one of the ending scene where Cloud strikes Sephiroth down and kills him in their final battle. Then you have beaten the game
