Help in the Tomb

Ok, i haven’t picked up FFVIII for a while and i’m (on disc 1) by the tomb of the nameless person (or something), can someone give me a short summary of why i’m there (judging by the tutorial its to get a gf or something) and how to get where i want to be. i carried on going left and reached a place with instructions how to get out, but i don’t know how to get in to where i want to be. its a maze of some sort.

Well, you get the Brother’s GF… and they way that this area goes is weird…

There’s a map of the place (on the internet, I’ll post it up sooner or later). You have to think that in each room, you’re facing straight when you enter.

Example

When you first enter, you got

Up North
Left West
Down South
Right East

Then if you head right (which is East), it goes

Up East
Left North
Down West
Right South

But… I’ll get a map of it later if that came out as confusing.

You don’t need to get the gf i encourage it though. all you need there is the lost students id nomber.

Yeah I as well encourage it for Brothers is a great GF to have especially that early because it is pretty strong. But yeah so for an example since MogK made it so confusing, when you first walk in you take a left ok? Well, on that map that you have where you push some button to view it, after you turn left you should imagine like the left side of the map is the top side. Understand?

yes i woulkd reccomend getting the brothers too. you would be supprised as to what sacred calls his "big" bro also u get the sacred and minotaur cards (rfining the minotaur card is the easiest way to get the adamandite you need to remodel to the lion heart)
