help in final fantasy tatics advance

i need help in ffta and i cant kill babus in da place where u fite that totema exodus give me some advice plz

Well this is in the wrong forum… but I’ll try my best.

See, you’re not supposed to aim for Babus at all, just kill the things you need to get the Crystal Broken. I don’t know if I had any cards in effect but all he did was Flare and Quarter and that’s it, nothing too biggie that you can’t get your ass out of.

so wat if u kill babus no 1 else trys to kill u rite and wat is da rite forum for this

You could but I didn’t. I just went straight for the thingies (forgot what they are), it was a pretty easy battle… but I’m trying to figure out what cards I had in effect to cause him not to really kill me, nasty like.

Wow, its been a little while since I played FFTA, but this is my advice to you…

Avoid laws that will hinder your strategy, such as items, Holy, and Steal.
There are eight Avatars (Exodus fruit) in this level. Since the objective of this mission is to destroy all targets, focus your attacks on the 8 avatars first. You do not need to kill Babus to complete this mission, so your only priority should be to get rid of the "thingies" ^_^.

Try and train to about L27 for this, and make sure have lots of X-Potions and no Holy or Item or Fight laws in place. Attack the Avatars (i don’t think you can miss, and they can’t do anything), but after every move of yours turn to face Babus. Alternately, you can charge into battle and beat the crap out of him until he’s on the floor and then freely move about to kill the Avatars. Didya know that Exodus is just X-Death from FF5 redone?

I beat it at level 17 or 18. One Beatdown took care of Babus.
