From the love at Macalania to the sadness after sin

Final fantasy 10 was one of the saddest games i’ve played… one minute you have tidus and yuna sharing a love in a pond of macalania then you have yuna on the edge of cid’s ship telling tidus "i love you" as he begains to fade away.. i mean come on..why couldn’t they just live happily ever after why couldn’t kimari be a faith or even rikku but why…my tidus… why my fave character in ff10… in 7 cloud lived in 8 squall live.. in 9 not so sure but i think ziden lived… why do we get all the way to ten and have the best character die… now i didn’t like yuna but my heart went out to her… does anyone out there understand squaresofts (possibly squareenix) choice to do that to tidus fans…best anyone

I recommend you play Final Fantasy X-2. That will answer some of the questions you have. 🙂

But I agree that FFX has one of the most emotional and hardhitting stories of the series up to today. Some people hate it because of its linearity and stuff, but there’s no doubting the feelings the people show to one another in that game.

Look gunalover tidus had not died…if you finish FFX at the end of the game a cut sence apears show you that tidus is in a space and then he open his eyes.After that (Final Fantasy X) Apears…so you should play FFX-2 to know the answers.

Throughout the game I had this bad taste that there wouldn�t be that kind of happy-end we all know from other Final Fantasy�s. And I was right!
But to be honest— SPOILERS—

I was more sad when Auron vanished. Oh~ I was so angry with Square! >=C I mean, YAY! What did I beat Sin for? To make Spira happy! THANKS!
Poor Yuna! >_< It was the time when there was no FFX-2 announced so I thought about it as the final end and was sad… really sad.
I always felt kinda sorry the whole time. First for Yuna, then for Auron and then for Tidus. It was a very sad game… 🙁
