CC king trouble

I don’t udnerstand how to make the cc king show up. I beat all of the cc members in order from jack to joker talked to nida and talked and played with dr. Kadowaki. i went back to my dorm made my party leave me alone and rested. No show of the king. Please sombody tell me what happend and how to paly the cc king.

P.S I have also posted the same post on FFgurus. let’s see who the real ff fanatics are.

Try and do the sleeping thing twice that’s what I had to do. HEHEHE you don’t know who the king is I guessed it when I did it and I was right. 😛

i dont remember fighting any king in ff8, what disk was this on?? somebody pm me and explain or something just in case there are spoilers.

I think it’s somekind of sidequest "You know", it’s the search for special cardholders. If I’ve not mistaken, CC king is Xu. Which holds the card (heart).
You can make her appear once you triggered this sidequest(1), Go to Dorm and sleep(2), and lastly meet her at the junction to the library(3).

Landlord of Sector 7 – sorry, but you’re wrong. Since the cat’s already out of the bag, I’ll just say it: yes, the CC Group King is Quistis. Kivan – sometimes she doesn’t show up the first time you rest. If she doesn’t, try again a few more times and see if you can get her to show up. That should do the trick, assuming that you really have played and beat all of the other members and were told by Xu that the CC King should show up.

CC King has the Gilgamesh card. If it doesn’t come into play, or you don’t win it, feel free to reset and try again. Or, once you’ve beat the CC King, you can always challenge her again on the deck of the airship anytime.

P.S.: The sidequest can be done on Disc 2 (after the Garden becomes mobile) or Disc 3. Xu is CC Heart, not CC King.
