Witch Hunter Robin ending (spoilers, obviously)

So, now that Witch Hunter Robin has concluded….

What did you think of the ending?

I liked it. The only thing i didn’t like was that i was able to guess what was going to happed next .Like how i the "orvo" was made from the cought witched i saw it coming like as soon as "The Factory" became the enemy .But over all i think it was done really well.

It was a little cliche with the whole "I don’t know where the main hero and heroine are!!! NOOOO!!! ;-;" When we blatantly know they’re both alive and well somewhere.

But the whole anime was addictive… I watched the last five episodes from beginning to end without a break…

Don’t ask me how, I just did. 🙂

Yeah, Adam, they just didn’t want to show Amon lying on the beach in the sun, with a brightly coloured shirt and sunglasses, and Robin splashing water all over him… =D

At leat that’s what I picture.

Anyway. Michael is happy, so I am happy. :]

I want Michael’s computer. It must be good, look at all the wires coming out of it!!!!

Sorry, uh, tangent there. 🙂 Michael was cool though. Especially when everyone was "like woah!!! YOU’RE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING!!!"

Seriously… I guess the series kind of lost me at the very end. I should have paid more attention to the earlier explanations. And I never really knew who some chaarcters were. Those old men…

I don’t want to seem like an ass (yah the back story on micheal and why he’s there got me more into it for some odd reason) and i respect all your love for the show. but i still cannot forget the hours of boringness that it gave me and how it drives me nuts because i used to be proud of liking nearly every anime out there. no matter what it was, i loved anime. but lately, i’ve been NOT liking a couple of them, and what worries me is that everyone else DOES like it…am i..losing it…or becoming more experienced? lol

I don’t know if it’s me..but this anime is BORING as hell for me. i cannot manage myself to pay attention to it. it is so damn fucking boring. takes forever for anything to happen.

and no, it doesn’t take forever like dbz, at least dbz keeps you entertained with some jokes or a lot of talking while waiting for some action. but whr doesn’t. they just show you streets, and closeups of cups of water, or the sky, or some other super boring shit for like 20 mintues with like a word or two sprinkled everywhere to try put meaning into nothingness like some poem.

person 1: i see……….

person 2: ………………………. I………………..

person 1: yes i know but you have to realize that it wasn’t for fault

i swear. i don’t know if its because its on so late and it comes after family guy that i don’t care for it or something, but this shit is fucking boring as hell. i tried to give it a chance. only one episode was actually pretty cool. that was the one with the witch with the missing eye who was a bum, and they didn’t know it was him till the very end because he had the missing eye and he could almost control people and he leaves the garlic smell. that was actually a cool ep. but still….all the rest seem to suck.

maybe someone can convince me otherwise or something. i mean, hamtaro has more action than this. c’mon!

They’re going to make it a live action TV series… Happy now, Tact, or do you feel like someone signed your death sentence by giving you MORE WHR on TV!!! =D

Okay, I guess I know what you didn’t like about WHR. Sounds like the calmness, combined with the personalities of some of the most important characters. I managed to survive Amon’s robot-ness with a good deal of humour… He and Robin, I suppose, just aren’t the ones that would start a lively chat and surprise us with nice, funny and positive dialogues.
The thing you posted above… is damn funny, because so true. U_U I suppose it… could symbolize the lack of communication that’s the main problem of the characters in Tennessy William’s Cat on a Hot Tin Roof Witch Hunter Robin.
But I’d rather have some dramatic silence with pretty pictures than one episode filled with nothing but two characters calling each other by their names. You can easily fill episodes with that. 🙁
Also, some chapters of Kindaichi Shonen were entirely made of:
Hajime: "The murderer………………………… isn’t DEAD!!"
Everyone: *gasp*

lol. that example you gave seemed worse. but with the right voice acting i think it can be really good. (/me then imagines voices from gundam wing)….kewl. 😀

the live action one actually don’t seem that bad. prolly better. so long as they don’t get stupid actors like buffy, jessica alba, or other fagotries.

and i think i just realized why i hated the show. could be another factor. see, because it comes on so late at night, for worry of waking up my parents and telling me to go to sleep, i would have it on a very low volume. thus making the boring conversations even quieter and even more boring. like listening to people whisper. so like when someone screams someone’s name in exictement. to me it was like some lifeless mutter which is more boring. so now i raise the volume a bit higher so i can actually hear what they say and its pretty interesting. so who knows. maye i can come around to liking it.
