The world best ap cheat.

you can use this tip to get 99 sphere levels in one battle, first get the 3 charicters you want to level up, then make them all wepons that heve the overdrive to ap ability and triple overdrive, then set two chricters overdrive to stonic and one to comrade, then fight don Tomberry at the arena, the two charicters with stonic make then hit him, he will kill then with a counter so bring them back to life with the person with comrade.

How do you get more AP by doing that? It’s probably something I missed, but don’t enemies have a set amount of AP for you to gain? I doubt you could get 99 levels by doing what you said. Can someone verify what he said?

I have also heard something about that but it had nothing to do with Tonberry’s it just had something to do witht he Triple Overdrive and Overdrive-ap. Dont’ know anything about it really though.

Every time you hit him he win undoutibly kill you with his Karma attack, with stonic it normally would bring up your overdrive gage but with overdrive to ap it will increase the amount of ap you get drematicaly, the triple overdrive is just to speed things up.

Trust me you’ll see.

I dind’t believe it but it is in fact……..true. I tried it and to my disbelief, it worked! Thank you for telling me that….I had known about it but never thought to do it with a Tonberry.

Yeah, it’s a great trick.
Advice: If you can get Triple AP on the weapon too (or double) it’s cool. Plus I found an armour with Auto-Phoenix useful too. Just stock up on those Phoenix Downs.

I used this trick right after I beat the game. Also, if you were really bored, you can go through and max out everyone’s stats that way by going through the entire sphere grid by removing and adding in nodes.

Hmm, ok Agent, but how would i go about getting Overdrive to AP and Triple Overdrive?

try using that cheat on a cactuar king instead…thats fun!! You get loads of ap every time the bugger hits you with 1000 needles of 10,000 needles. Have all characters on stoic and with overdrive–>AP/triple AP weapons/armor, and make sure that someone knows auto-life. Cast auto-life on everyone and wait for mr.cactuar to attack/kill characters. Auto-life brings em back to life and just cast it again….repeat till cactuar runs away.
This worked for me.
