Final Fantasy Concert Coming to U.S.

Pretty neat, huh? The first official FF concert outside of Japan. I probably won’t be able to make it, but I thought maybe it might be useful to someone here. I wonder what music will be included.

You can vote for what music you want the guys to play on Uematsu’s site.

I’m in the LA area and May 10th is fairly close to E3…. perhaps those that are going to E3 this year can go here as well.

A vote? Neat stuff. I’ll have to check that out. It’s so hard to choose though!

Edit: For my three choices, I decided to go with "Yuffie’s Theme" from Final Fantasy VII, "Melodies of Life (With Prologue)" from FFIX and "The Landing" from FFVIII.

I wish i could go but I wouldn’t be able to make it to LA for that it makes me so angry!!!

All I know is, there better be a CD released with this performance on it!!!!

I can’t go, but I’d like to order it.

I hate living in wisconsin. It seems to me that wisconsin is like part of Canada. It never bugs anyone, never has any big important things happening. I think Canada is biding it’s time until it finds the perfect time to strike the rest of the world.

But what do i know?

The bombing was a long time ago and it was a baaaaaaad thing. And if anybody tried to bomb Japan today, I’d find them and show them what they can do with their bombs because they’d be bombing away a lot of cool stuff and good people.

every other person from the Shrine has been from Wisconsin. ;D

I like the most bizarre songs from Final Fantasy games, so my votes wouldn’t be worth anything. :-*

Hmm, bizarre… like which ones? "The Castle" from FFVIII? "Slew of Love Letters" from FFIX? (Just trying to think of some that could be considered bizarre.)

Cait Sith’s theme is one of my favorite Final Fantasy songs.

I heard it wasn’t so great, though. A columnist for a magazine I read was going on about how they just performed four songs and then went off on some weird tangent for the rest of the evening. But, eh… maybe they’ll be more business-like in America ^_~

Gah, and here I am stuck on the wrong coast.

I’ll join Odin in buying the cd, I suppose.
