Trailer – What do you think?

So, I’m assuming many of you have seen the trailer, plus, since everything in this post is speculation, there is NO spoiler warning.

What do you think about the end where they get shot… it doesn’t actually show them getting hit by the bullets, so what do u think it is? Please post your speculations below in addition to voting on it

I personally am from the school of "dream sequence", mainly cause of the fuzzy white edging that mostly indicates either A) Dreams or B) Memory

Where can I get this trailer? Is it in English?

I saw the trailer at IGN… I dunno if you can go and get it cause they capped off every movie they have unless you’re an IGN Insider.

Anyways, I think it’s a dream sequence… I mean with the fuzzy backgrounds and the Yuna’s old outfit (why would she change in the middle of the game as well as changing her hairstyle back to the original is beyond me…). If this is not a dream sequence they I have three options of what can happen. 1) One of the two gets shot, most likely Tidus while Yuna gets upset about it. 2) They do the Matrix and dodge all the bullets. 3) The most likely: Someone or something will either get in the way and take the bullets or attack the guards…

I about 3-4 weeks I’ll have a server up and I’ll setup the d/ls so u guys can d/l any of my videos…. till then I guess u’ll have to search around..

I’m pretty sure it’s a dream sequence, because if you download the trailer off Zazaa(sp?) you’ll see that she is sleeping in her home town, I think this is what brings on the memory of Tidus.

But ya, it was with music, it was a trialer, and it was in japanese, but other then that, fuckin sweet.

oh, and if you want to see the one i saw, type in final fantasy X-2 and you’ll get some X-men united ones, but it will be there, it says in the disc something about it being the one with Tidus

I think it’s a Dream Sequence, or a flash back or something along those lines.

Go to www.gametrailers.com and check the three trailers they have for Final Fantasy X-2… I haven’t pinpointed the one that has the shooting scenario yet but I’ll get back to you on that…

Edit: OK, Trailer 2 has the shooting scenario at the end. Trailer 2 also has some stuff from Trailer 1 so if plan on seeing both, you’ll find some stuff are similar… Trailer 2 also has Yuna singing in the beginning… Both trailers are in Japanese and both also shows some Dress-Up animations, so if you don’t want them spoiled for you, watch out for them… Heck, all of the trailers may contain a bunch of spoilers so view at your own risk…

Edit2: Trailer 3 is the supposed trailer for the US version! 🙂 It has the entire Yuna singing bit as well as more Dress-Up animations, etc. After Yuna’s song, it goes into some of the in-game sequences, some already shown in the other 2 Trailers but most of it is translated. It also has the shooting thing in the end, checking it out frame by frame shows that it does not end very well… There’s no more trailers except for Japan TV, which are probably the commercials…
