FFT: Ultima & Zodiac

These two abilities are the hardest by far to obtain (in fact… they are the only one’s you HAVE to obtain O_o), but did you even bother to learn them?

I did, though I didn’t find Ultima that useful, I only learned it so that Ramza could master his squire class…

but Zodiac on the other hand is EXTREMELY powerful O_o, sure it takes 99 MP to cast, but the speed isn’t as slow as you would expect, it is non-elemental, and has a VERY large attack range, I used it almost every battle to just end them quickly, wipes out everything that it touches (except a few bosses of course)…

But waht did you guys do? Do you use them? Did you even bother to learn them?

I never bothered with either of them, i never found out about them till after i played the game. So, i never did anything with them.

I learned both.

Zodiac isn’t worth using. It’s too slow, its MP consumption is too high. I’d much rather use just about any other Summon.

Ultima can be useful as a finisher move, when Ramza can’t reach a critical enemy. It’s fairly powerful, and it doesn’t sap your MP a whole lot.
