Whos better with a Sword?

Tidus would totally kick ass….cos he’s faster and he does way more damage than any of ’em

And i vote for Squall, he rules with his GunBlade

After watching the trailer of AC, clouds style of sword fighting is more swing and pray, he has skill but i think out of all the characters Squall has the most skill cos of the gunblade seems like a really hard weapon to master.

Cyan all the way, that man has real talent. He’s been training all his life in swordfighting for the kingdom of Doma.

Cloud’s skill is simply supersized by mako.
How hard could it possibly be to pull a trigger and shoot somebody, and how come Squall’s gunblade looks like a six shot revolver but he never runs out of bullets or reloads.
Tidus had never even picked up a sword before he arrived in spira so he’s to wet behind the ears.

I would say Squall because that is his title and he has trained at it all his life. Tidus just started using a sword when Sin attacked Zanarkand so no way he’s the best. Cloud is a close one cause he was in Soldier but let’s face it, when he was in Soldier Squall could kill him SOOOOO easy. He had like 110 HP and took off like 15 each hit so he was bad.

Yes and in the FF games how well you have mastered the technique relflects how strong you’re attacks are, take out the having better swords part though.

yeah but in FF7 towards the end My cloud had stregnth 193 and did 9999 but my Squall had stregnth 255 and did 7895 on a lucky hit!

Sephiroth would totally whoop all three of those guys badly. Sephiroth + Masamune Blade = Hell I vote for Sephiroth (some other guy), but if I had to choose between those three, I would pick Cloud.

Tidus seemed the best, he adapted quickly through the game. He didn’t know how to use a sword at the beginning and he was able to take on alot later in the game.

Cyan could take all of them out. At once.

And he’d laugh in between slashes, Sword-tech 4 style.

In all seriousness, if you’re asking about mastery and such, none of those characters are even in the same league as Cyan.

Yeh Cyran has got alot of skill, i think Cloud just relys on strength to attack not skill.

yes but how can you forget Cecil (FF4) he kicked ass with a sword
