Though Penance could kick both there arses to the next Stoneage, and still have the harder FF bosses for breakfast.
But out of the two Omega, he’s faster and has better attacks.

Just off the subject: Penance is not only in the international version, he is also in the european version. They are exactly the same, just that Europe got the actual FFX: International as there orignal release.
