So… if the PC cannot play w/ the PS2… u’ll never be able to play w/ the Japanese players… if u could even get on to one of those servers anyway…

Seriously guys $10 a month is not even expensive. If you can afford a PS2/PC in the first place I think $10 a month should be no problem. Dont let price get in the way of your enjoyment of the game.
$10 isn’t a problem for me. Heck, i could buy the PC and the PS2 version and still have enough money left over <— you didn’t believe that last bit did you?
But i’m gonna go with the PC version cos then all i’d need is the game.
With the PS2 version you’ll need the game (duh) , a Hard Disk Drive (for patching and of course that 5GB) , a modem (56k or broadband) and if you actually want to talk to players and not just use phrases like "Hi" , " i need to level up" , "i need to log out" then you’ll need to buy a PS2 keyboard.
