Wolf’s Rain

Wolf’s Rain has got to be my current favorite anime. Even if it is only 7 episodes in to the show as of now.. I love it! Has anyone had the chance to watch this yet? The music by Yoko Kanno fits the environment perfectly! The characters and story are great! This will be a series that I’ll definately be getting once it comes on DVD.

I haven’t been OVERLY impressed with Wolf’s Rain so far. I mean, I’m enjoying it, but not as much as some of the other 2003 animes (namely .hack//Legend of Twilight’s Bracelet, Nanaka 6/17, and Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu). However, it does seem like one that is GOING to get REALLY good. And of course I love the music (though I’m a total Yoko Kanno fanboy :P).

Though what was up with the huge transformation of Tsume in ep 6-7? What happened to make him CARE all of a sudden?.. I must’ve missed it. o_o

Well anyways, Wolf’s Rain is my favorite anime because I have a soft spot for wolves in the first place. The story and characters are great and touching. Yoko Kanno’s music is brilliant. I am glad it got 2 CD releases. I would have been happy with a third!

I never got round to watching all the episodes . But did catch quite a few of them on you tube a while ago. Really like what I’ve seen of this so far.
