I’m on the second disk I can’t quite remember what the place I’m in is called but I know you need to get out of your gears and move into this room with three stones with three holes. I already know pushing the three stones in the holes doesn’t work and I’ve read the writting on the walls. All I’ve managed was to get one stone to fall by following the writing that says to move 10 steps south and then 3 or 4 west or whatever but I can’t get any further than this. Can someone help me out?

Not exactly a clever puzzle. Two of the stones can be found by simply running around the room and tapping X. It may take a while, but that’s all you have to do for those.
For the third stone, use either of the first two as a stepping stone, and jump from it onto the top of the middle pillar. From there, jump straight up while tapping X to get stone number three.
Just push them all into their holes from there.
