The first MQ thread ever (since the new shrine opened)

So what are everybodys feelings towards this game? I myself have never actually played it but have seen a friend play it and to me it seems completely retarted.

I only say retarted because he showed my how using the highest healing spell on the final boss caused insane amounts of damage (in the hundred thousands I think) it just shouldn’t be that easy at the end of the game, even this game.

Im jk, i really do hate this game though. Its a bad story, a bad system, bad graphics, and they give us this instead of FFV. It deserves to be in the hall of shame.

I actually own the SNES cartridge. Had it since about 92.

Its actually not THAT bad. You can start and finish it in about 12 hours or so. That means you can spend half a day playing it and beating it. 😉

I’d recommend it to FF newbies though. If they wanna have a feel of what to do.

I agree with Lady Atma it�s just a rookie FF game not meant for experts and stuff, the problem is the reason it was made which is kinda insulting. The japs thought the American rpg gamers can�t play rpgs that good so they gave us a dummed down game. Figures. :lol

I still play through the game from time to time. Change of pace from what I normally play.

Gives me something entertaining to do. I suggest that everyone tries to play through it once in awhile as well to stray from the norm.
