Many manga have been translated by fans, but has anyone seen a translation for Akira Vol. 1.? I’m sick of translating kanj by kanji, do you know how slow that is!!

I havn’t seen any translated Akira except for the offical one that is produced by Dark Horse. The only translated manga I can find as of right now is Love Hina.
If you really want the first issue of Akira manga just go out and buy it. The translations are well done and its a big book. But its kinda expensive at $25 dollars a pop.

I suppose he wants fan translations, scripts,… I�d buy a lot more mangas if I knew a place where to get all kinds od script translations… *sighs* Translating everything by yourself can be kind of… annoying. 🙂
And buying the expensive English version if you already own the manga is kind of… blah… it�d make me feel like I wasted money.
