do you think you could beat sephy if..

do you think you could beat sephiroth, One winged angel form, the final form thats not the "dream sephiroth" as i like to call him because cloud fights him while sleeping, or when he is knoked out but thats the same. but say if you just had cloud, not a party of 3, could you beat OWA sephiroth? I do because i have saved my limit, Omnislash , for OWA seph. and when i fought him i had the sprint shoes, so i had auto haste so i went before sephiroth. then i just used omnislash and i killed him. i was around lvl 90 and i had ultimate weapon and full health, and yes it does matter what you health is at with ultimate weapon, the higher the health the higher the damage.

Hehe, good idea man….(slaps in FF7 and go to seph and kills off other party members)

Ah no problem, with a level 99 cloud and master magic, master summon, etc.

I doubt it if i was weak tho…he is one tough cookie.

I could not alone. But I wasnt lvl 99 with awesome stats and the works.

Maybe if I saved limit, W-Summon KOTR and then got an Omnislash in, could I?

Yeah its definitely possible.

Yup. Easily. Just equip all counterattacks. That way when Sephy lays a finger on you, you counterattack 16 times. With Ultimate Weapon, Sephy is dead in one round, max. Sephy is weak.:D

One Omnislash / Knights of the Round later and Safer Sephiroth (to use his correct name) would be toast from Cloud. Hell, even if Omnislash wasn’t available, a skill like Meteorain or something similar would be available and then a mimic of that would take him down.

My save file, while not having Cloud at level 99, literally has him pretty much undefeatable. I could haste all the usual protect spells (Wall, Regen, Haste), get him up and going and in nine physical attacks win the battle.

When we get right down to it, the final boss ain’t that tough if you’ve taken out the two secret bosses in the game.

I think it’s quite easy actually too beat Sephy with just a high leveled up and maxed out Cloud. Go into battle with counters, master mataria for everything you have; and a full limit bar 🙂

im sure i would be able to beat him with just cloud. im on lvl 99 at the mo and currently mastering a few of the last materias and then getting some power,guard and speed sources to get my stats up to a round 255 all over…hehe…

safer sephiroth is much easier then

I think i could beat him with just cloud, and even if i did die i have final attack with phoenix. I agree with everyone else on this board about sephiroth being easy, but try and take him on when you are really low level then he is a good challenge.

Absolutely! Just a little Omnislash or KOTR and like Lakefather says, just Final Attack-Phoenix and you’re good to good. Heck, I don’t even think it needs to be Cloud, it could be somebody else. Even somebody lame in battle like Cait Sith.

Is it true that omnislash does more damage than KOTR, i know that KOTR attacks 13 times but i heard that omnislash attacks 15 times.

It’s true (actually, I read that it’s 15 slices and then also one more finishing slice), but actually Cid’s Highwind can theoretically do more. His limit hits 18 times, so if you could power him up to hit for 9999 every time, it could actually do more.
