Dislike

Who in the FF8 game did you dislike the most? I Would have to say Irvine Kinneas and that he cant take heavy responsibility (like when he freaked out when asked to shoot someone

i would say that i hated quistise the most. she watched me go all over to beat the card masters and "spolier" she turns out to be the card king or what ever. quistise had some cool attacks but other then that, useless as tits on a bull

I would have to say Irvine just because he anoyed the hell out of me and also Quistis because she is bossy … to bossy alright at times but stil…o_O ^_^

I’m going to get lynched for this, but I dislike Rinoa, at least in battle. I never found much use for her Limit Breaks and her attacks didn’t impress me much either.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I too really hated Irvine, both in and out of battle. He acts so cool sometimes, but when it comes down to doing the actual things, he always chickens out. Like, he struggled to shoot the Sorceress, and he was even too scared to rescue the others from prison until Rinoa forced him to go back. And I just hated how he kept going for the ladies (especially Selphie) even though they made it clear they didn’t want him. :p And I never found a use for him in battle either; his limit breaks are quite powerful, but nothing compared to Duel and Renzokuken –> Lionheart. 😉

I didn’t like Zell. Why? He seemed the most immature of the six, and the one I used least in battle. Irvine may have been annoying a little bit, but at least his force break made up on occasion. He was one of my party of three throughout. Zell had some good attacks, but he wore those damn half leg-lengthed trousers that really annoy me. I mean, are they shorts or are they trousers? Make your mind up!

Seifer became my all time, favourite character when he called Zell a chicken wuss. He slipped down again pretty quickly afterwards though.

I hated Irvine and Edea quite so as playable characters. As non-playable, well, Cid XD.

Irvine, Cid and Zell. Enough said~ =P

Even though his limit was good I hate his personality and look. I hate Irvine.

Norg. What the hell type of name is NORG? He had a short part in it all but the thing looked like jaba the hut! I just enjoyed chopping his fat ass to bits. The second one I hate is selphie she’s too damn perky for my tastes although her limit kicks ass she sucks. I also hate cid because he has a sea turtle in his sweater vest and how he got edea is beyond me, she probobly just uses him as her slave.

Damn. I didn’t know there were so many people who didn’t like Irvine. I thought he was a good character, but far from the best.

I would have to say that my most disliked character would have to be Cid. I don’t like how he always depends on Squall to do everything for him. "Here, your the general. Lead the troops while I sit back and enjoy the show." >:|

I find it hard to really dislike characters in games. Each has a unique personality, and it’s kind of interesting to look at them all and see the differences.

If I had to choose, I’d say Selphie. Her little "giddy yippie skippy" all the time was just…..not my type. Everyone else seemed pretty kick ass besides her.

I guess Squalls kind of depressiveness (is that even a word?) kind of turned me off also.

Actually her limits saved me more than any others o.o Angelo’s Invincible Moon is very usefull though getting it was kind of hard, but then again, I didn’t like the limit break system at all.

Mmm, I just used a Holy War/Hero if I wanted invincibility rather than trying to mess around with her limit break. Too unreliable.
