Anime’s Greatest Hits (Warning who knows what is spoiled)

I think it’d just be fun to give a short little excerpt of some of the funniest things we remember from various anime. But to help out so that people don’t get spoilers so much it’d be good that whatever anime you are going to use put in bold letters before writing what scene was so hillarious you had to post it as a greatest moment, or romantic, or destructive (depending on your genre.) That way if no one wants a spoiler, don’t read past the title of the anime.

His And Her Circumstances
I think one of the funniest things I’ve seen was in this anime where the girl wants to get the guys attention so she kicks him and yells "NOTICE" and runs off like the wind. >:D I didn’t describe the actual continued circumstances, but that gives the gist.

One of the funniest things, off the top of my head, is from the anime Trigun. Wolfwood just meets Vash for the first time and on the bus asks for Vash’s name. Vash replys, "I am known as: Valentenez-Alkalenela-Zeehok-Shushira-Boherez…… Gombibobella-Blue-Stratavari-Tralentrent-Pierre-Andre-Chart-Baldos-George-Doitzel-Keiser-The-Third…. Don’t hesitate to call."

I just couldn’t stop laughing after seeing that. XD

I don’t recall a funniest moment but I can remember one funny incident in Outlaw Star.

"The Strongest woman in the Universe"
When Gene had to dress up like a woman. It’s funny because he is portrayed as such a good hero. Then he ends up getting beaten. I also thought what was funny that at the end when Fred ended up in hospital, just after a hug from his fiance. Is he really that weak?

Cowboy Bebop

(Jet just made Spike something to eat)

Spike: Uhhh Jet?
Jet: (rambles on about the next bounty)
Spike: You said Bell Peppers and Beef….There’s no Beef in this….
Jet: It is when your broke.
Spike: WELL IT’S NOT!

Heh, i’ve always gotten a big laugh from that opening.

The funniest manga I own is certainly Marie & Elie, but I don�t suppose anybody in here knows it, so it is useless to list scenes here… Nobody�ll know them. You should simply read this manga, yes yes.

Angel Sanctuary
Hmm… hm, maybe a spoiler for people who�ve only seen the anime… a slight spoiler probably.
So there, one of the many hilarious dialogues between Setsuna and Kato…
I took the translation from a translation script I found online, because I am too tired to translate everything myself… or to go look for the manga… argh… here goes
katou : like me, live according to your wish, isn’t it an interesting life?
setsuna (sweatdrop) : but we’re dead…
katou : ahhhhhhh! that’s right! damn—! (calm again) then let’s go! set-chan.
setsuna (falls) : [extremely… stubborn!] alright… just don’t call me set-chan anymore! [we’re not that close…]
katou : oh! then should I call you mutou? [since you are mudou!]
setsuna (give up) : I prefer set-chan then… [oh! I want to die! but I’m already dead!]
