Help! *spoilers*

Alright if you havent been through the beginning of the 4th disk do not read.

Well I’ve been having so much problems with trying to beat Adel. Squall and Irvine are at 4000 hp, and Quistis is somewhere around 3000. Can somebody help me?

Have Quistis use aura’s on irvone and keep using the best ammo. But if you have lionheart DON’T use it, you’ll kill Rinoa. Remember you can’t use summons either (unless support). Other then that just keep hitting. And remember to heal Rinoa.

This may sound weird but I remember that I used GF’s and that’s not just the supports GF’s. I also used magic that hits everybody and stuffs but for some reason I never killed Rinoa o_O. Trippel is also a very good way to beat Adel. Or if you happend to have some holy wars or holy war trials you should win easily :D.

Dunno what level you are or by which rules you are playing to make FF8 a special type of challenge, but have you considered junctioning magic to various stats like.. health.. to get that Hp up and strenght to pack more damage?
Higher Hp should at least keep you going for somewhat longer and better stats = more damage given and usually also less damage taken…
just a thought 😉 but ofcourse if you play by the ‘don’t junction anything’ rule since you’ve beaten FF8 for a million times I understand :B

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I’d recommend putting Zell in your party instead of Quistis myself, then you can have three people who have powerful llimit breaks that only hit one character. You’ll probably not want to use Renzokuken though as Fated Circle or Rough Divide will hit Rinoa.

Cast Regen on Rinoa to help her regain HP, then also cast Shell on her to reduce the amount Adel can Drain from her. Cast Meltdown on Adel if you have it, then Aura on Irvine (and Zell too if ity allows you to change your party; if not give it to Quistis anyway, you should have Homing Laser after fighting Mobile Type 8 which will hopefully cause considerable damage, otherwise just use your most powerful move that only hits one enemy).

Alternatively, if you have GF Cactuar, you could give someone the Kamikaze command; and for the expense of killing one character, you should hopefully beat Adel in one hit too. 😀

try triple an aura on quistis irvine umm!!! squall im guessing u dont have selphie on a high level but u never no u might get the end all though im not sure if ud win da battle:confused:

Just use Kamikaze with your strongest character if you have it. Then…..hes dead.:D Simple, but effective.

You can use fighting GF’s like Shiva etc, it isn’t recommended but you can use them if you heal Rinoa quickly afterwards.

Get 20 Armor Piercing ammo by transforming 1 chef knife dropped by tonberry……junction Irvine’s strengh as high as you can and your ready to GO!

*if your strengh is above 150, 1 armor piercing ammo causes 9999 damage!*
