What level were you?

Can everyone tell me what level they were when they finished the game and what there HP was, I’d like to have an idea of where I should be at by the time I beat it because I’ve started over 3 times because I wasnt leveled up enough. Thats the only thing about this game that pisses me off, the fact that you can get to disk three and still be on level 20. So if you guys could help me out that would be peachy.

There’s no need in FF8 to level up since monsters and bossed (I thought) level up with you as well, the higher the level the tougher the boss.
I have all party members lvl 100 btw and to the 3 active ones I junctioned to get 9999hp each, plus some added % of Hp ability.
Just go the isle of hell/heaven or just the deep sea research facitily for leveling up fun if you can ofcourse 🙂

I was on level 100 and my Hp was maxed at 9999 and my STRength was at 255 :-). O’ course I didnt use ANY and I mean any Junctioned Magic on the last boss, cuz well I havent played it in a long time so I guess I had one of my summons change items/cards in STR-UP, HP-UPS, etc………

I was around level 97 or something. My HP was almost 9999. Took about two tries. It doesn’t matter the levels, etc., as long as your battle strategy is…er…right.

my levels were around 55, wow looking at everyone elses levels I feel really pathetic 🙂

Everyone was on level 100 except Irvine, Selphie, and Quistis–they were @ like 65 or sumtin; I didn’t play with them as much as the others. It seems like I always end up on level 100 @ the end of that game. I dunno y…I guess i just battle too much?

My Squall was Level 99, my Quistis was Level 99, and Selphie was 90-sumthing. They all had 9999 HP. Yeah, I wasted a whole bunch of time leveling up.

my 3 main on lv100 squal,zell and irvine the rest were all bout 65-70 odd my 3 main guys had bout 9999hp each too the last battle i tot was pretty hrad i just threw everything i had at it:rolleyes:

I pumped all of my characters to 100 because I like to do everything in a game. I even tried to get everything in that stupid chocobo game, but never managed to get the final attack, Chocometeor or whatever.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I get all my characters up to level 100, even the ones that I don’t normally use. I know that levelling up just makes the enemies stronger, but I just like levelling up for some reason. And most bosses have a maximum level anyway (I think Ultimecia’s is 60 or so), so over-levelling up isn’t really TOO bad. 😉

Like Lv 38 o_O…. Hp 9999, str around 200…. I leveled up to about 100 ater I beat the last boss, and decided to take on Omega.

level 99 for my three main characters, cant remember who they were, and around 40 – 50 for the rest.

I know a friend that has finished it with most characters around level 30 though. Levels dont matter that much
