Magus Sisters

Hey…to get the magus sisters, do you have to get every creature in Mt. Gagazet or am I making that up? I read in a strategy guide "To get the Magus Sisters, capture all of the required types of fiends on Mt.Gagzet and return to the monster arena in the Calm Lands…." is it 10 of each type or just 1 of each or what? Thanks.

You need one of each fiend in Mt. Gagazet. The arena guy will give you the blossom crown, which is one of two items needed to open the sealed door to the chamber of the fayth in the Remiem Temple.

You might want to capture ten of all that you can while you are at it, because that’s the only way to unlock Auron’s Masamune (the best weapon in the game in my opinion).

The flower scepter.
you get this after you defeat all Belgemine’s Aeons.

I have the two items but I still can’t get the door opened. Do I have to have Anima first because I don’t have her yet

Yeah, I think so. Are you sure you have both items? I thought you get the flower scepter from Belgemine after you defeat her Anima.

You get the flower sceptre after you defeated the main aeons. Ifrit, Valefor, Shiva, Ixion, Bahumat. I think those are it. O_o But, I can’t be wrong.. ’cause I got my Flower Sceptre after I defeated those guys. Oh, but you have to have Anima and Yojimbo too, and defeat them (I think?) to open the door… Yesh. :B

I have the internationel version(i hope its the same).
If the things listed below are right TELL ME,because i’m reading all the Aeons treads for a while.
SO…to get the Magus sisters…:

first you have to defeat Anime and recieve him(this you have to do in the Reniem Temple by getting there with a Chocobo,that you have trained).
Then you have to CAPTURE the 10 fiends of Gagazet Mountain.
when you have caught them you have to fight the super fiend(the mix of the 10 fiends)to recieve the Blossom Crown item.
Then train for a million hours and defeat all Dark Aeons(all Aeons,also D.anima…I gues) then you will recieve the Flower Sceptre.

AND THEN you can open the door :p

Not quite.
-Find Yojimbo and Anima in their hidden temples and acquire them.
-Capture at least one of each species found on Mt. Gagazet. You will receive the Blossom Crown from the Arena Owner.
-Go to Reniem Temple and fight Bellgemine’s Aeons(not the Dark Aeons in the International version. These are much easier.) After you defeat the first 5, you will receive the Flower Sceptre but you can’t open the door until you beat all of them.

And this is what most people mess up on…. WALK AROUND HER to reach the door. ^_^

Heck I spent a good hour trying to figure out why I can’t get Magus Sisters ;_;

I have found the Reniem Temple and fought all Aeons(so i recieved the Sceptre).I have a few fiends from Gagazet,collecting them will be no problem.
I also bought Yojimbo(I had him earlier in the game…GREAT Aeon).

Now the final thing,finding Anima…you need to have activated the Destruction
spheres…right ?

Yes in all the temples you got Aeons(Bevelle is automatic so don’t even try getting in) you have to use the Destruction Sphere to open the door to treasure. You don’t have to take the treasure you only have to reveal it. Then go to the Baaj Temple, defeat the boss if you already haven’t done so and walk up to each statue. When each one is lit, the door to Anima will open.

Correction from what I said earlier: You don’t have to beat all the Aeons to get the Magus Sisters. You need to beat the normal first five, and possess all the Aeons to open it.
