the first wave of games will have no monthly fees, but the network adaptor and what-not will cost $40, i think. Everquest will have a monthly fee.

And that, of course, doesn’t include your normal Internet fees…

Let’s also take into account that you’ll need a keyboard and mouse if you want to surf the net ( let’s say… 40 $ CAN for both … ) plus the HD, while it’s not essential, will surely come in handy, which is going to be priced at 200 $ US …

Too damn much for my tastes. I don’t want the monthly fees I’ve got better things to with my future job’s paycheck.

Yeah, the 40$ adapter but dont forget about the 100$ add on HD, Sony’s new games may be needing this in the NEAR future.

yeah me too…….x-box may be heavier, Gamecube may be kiddier , but x-box has been ready to go with built in accessories and GC although with no online plans shown to public is at least cheaper. And GC supports 56K although i probably still wont buy one.

Its about 70$ for the game in america and 40$ for the adapter. This one will luckily not require the add on HD i talked about.
