Unlocking Omega Weapon boss battle

For this you need to be in Ultimecias castle. Take your strong team to the Party Changer next to the fountain, then take your eaker team to the part chance in the room to the right on the main hall. There is a rope in the corner, pull it then swtich bak to strong team and go into organ room. Voila, there he is!

Prepare yourself with a few Heros and a bunch of Auras. This can be a hard battle if not well prepared. Goodluck!
