okay here’s a poem i wrote which this is the first poem i have really ever wrote and some people told me it was good so i desided to post it kk i also want comments on if it sucks or if it’s good here goes 🙂

The Past

Time goes by
you think of the past
you think of things
the memories that last
~
Some are sad
some are happy
some are bad
some are sappy
~
You think of the pain
you think of the past
it’s all a stain
that will forever last
~
You try and forget
but you know it won’t work
try all you might
but it’ll still lurk
~
The past will stay
The past will haunt
The past will stray
The past will taunt

i thought of it one night, i couldn’t go to sleep so i decided to write something. It took about maybe 20 min or something okay but honest opinions plz
