Well I admit I noticed it’s short and very impractical, as she fights a lot and stuff, but I don’t think there’s any special reason to it. Besides her perky-clored skirt suited her personality, so that’s fine with me. Usually girls wear short skirts tight clothes when they want to look sexy.
