the resaon is because all al bhed have spiral eye’s, when you find her, auron asks to see her eye’s because she is wearing her goggles and he suspects she is an al bhed. the al bhed have green eye’s that are alittle wider then mst with black spirals leading to a small pupul, oh, bye hte way, spoiler:D

First you can look at their eyes and you see they’re different from normal ones and they’re the same compared to another Al Bhed. Also at the Moonflow at the south bank shoopuff dock, a guy says "There’s been reports on alot of Al Bhed siteings. WHat out for them. You can tell them by their green eyes with swirls in it." Or well something like that… But he did say about the swirls and geen eyes.
Then what about Yuna?? Would she have green eyes with the swirls or does she not have them because she is only half Al Bhed?
