I read on a website once, that there is a PAL version of Final Fantasy VII. What exactly is PAL? Where can I get one if they’re around. Are there other games that have this?
I spend, maye waste, a lot of time playing all the Final Fantasys and constantly looking on the web for new info, and its a simple question, so I should know, but I don’t. Can anyone help me out?

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">PAL is basically the European system, and also one of the main reasons there is often such a long wait between the release of games in America and Europe (as well as translationg into about 15 different languages :p). While America has NTSC, Europe has PAL, and everything has to be converted from NTSC to PAL before it can be released over here in Europe. And if you live outside Europe, it’s nothing to worry about at all. 😉 Some Europeans like to import games from America and have ‘chipped’ playstations allowing them to play NTSC games, although it’s pretty pointless doing this in reverse as most games are released in America before in Europe anyway. :p
