Did zidane look like a girl on the back of the book manuel thing? i was looking at it yesterday and noticed that he looks like a girl.

Who knows. THat whole back cover art thing is weird as hell. I don’t even consider it ‘art’. I think it totally sucks, and it looks nothing like the characters. So, maybe he does.

True, ever since I got the game I’ve always wondered about that artwork. I even thought whether it was even related to Final Fantasy IX–or Final Fantasy at all.

when i saw ff9 on a ps mag i also thought that he (zidane) was a girl.

Ya that art did really suck. Honestly it really turned me off to FF9 for a while, but I finally played it and liked it.

When I first looked at it, I said to my brother, "Wow!! A Final Fantasy that has a girl as the main character!" My brother said, "Wow, that’s one flat-chested girl…"

I thought the name kinda gave him away as a guy, but he did look VERY feminine

the art was ok….not to the standards of what it should be, but they just put in the first rough sketches, nothing big….did i think he was a girl??? not after seeing kuja…..:D
