FF7-Final Attack Materia- How to get?

How Can i get final attack materia? I know you must win it through a chocobo race, but the chances of it appearing as a listed item are rare, and then the chances of winning it when it appears is rarer. Can someone help me please. It is the last element i need to defeat Emerald and Ruby.

can’t you get it in battle arena somehow?

ive figured it out. You must get it through battle arena. First you must complete the first 8 battles, then get omnislash, and W-summon. Then you have to fight in the 8 harder battles and the Don gives you the final attack materia for beating all 8. Thnx for your help

when i got final attack materia, it was in disk three. you’ve ahad fought at the battle arena couple of times. i won alot. the lady [ at the counter ]. says something like this Wow, you’re pretty strong, would you like to participate in the stronger battles{something like this, kweh.} Well, i know she asks you if you wanna fight in the stronger catergory. with the strongest or second strongest fighters. and of course you pay ten gp. best way to get gp is chocobo racing. not betting but racing. which is something else. you can pm me, if you’re still having trouble. k?

uhhh, hey! i forgot to say you gotta have both omnislash &
w-summon before you can participate in the ‘special’ battlesi got is after i beat all eight battles. then after that, you can get useless stuff like Dio’s Diary & stuff like that…:eye:
