Hmm… I haven’t played with Chocobo World for quite awhile… let me try to recall where I how I got Minimog… oh yeah, level your Chicobo to level 15, an event will occur, thats when you will find Minimog.
However, if you die in a battle, Minimog will fight for you, if you lose as Minimog, you have to find him again.
You will also get Mog’s Amulet, which will allow you to do the Minimog command.
