Write a good script, have it animated by Toei

According to Animaxis (http://www.animaxis.com/en/zine/newsletter/view.asp?id=N000730) Animax is promoting a contest where the lucky winner will get his/her scenario will be made into an anime by Toei to be shown in 2003 on Animax. Contest runs from April 10 2002 until June 30th and is open to both amateur and professional writers. Judging will be done by such notables as Leiji Matsumoto and Monkey Punch, the president of Toei Animation, animation directors, producers, chief editor of the monthly magazine "NewType", president of Animax, etc.

The only catch? The scenario must be in Japanese.

call him Punch the Monkey.
