How much damage does your cloud (lvl 99) do with the Buster Sword?

Ok, don’t post if Cloud is not Lvl 99.

I think my cloud does maybe 3,000, i’m not sure I haven’t played in a while…….so how strong is your Cloud?

Edit: I’ve canged my mind if you feel like posting your str, go ahead and if you don’t already know, your stats keep going up even after they hit 255, if that is the case, estimate your str according to howmany power souces you have given him.

Let’s see…….must be around 5200. I used a lot of Power Source on Cloud.

about 3,000 to 4,000

i got about 6500

here is another pic of cloud this time i gave him the Ragnorok.

With the Touhg Ring equiped, I did about 7000 cuz I gave Cloud alot of Power Sources.

I hope you mean championship belt. because tough ring only raises your spr and vit.

cloud on mine was 96…so that’s pretty close…and with the buster sword he hit for 5000-6000…

Humm I can’t remember but it was alot. I would guess 7000-8000. I had more powersources on him than I could imagine.

Just checked it, he does 8000 because I fought around the Gelnika and got enough power sources to raise his Strength to 255

i used the w-item trick to keep getting power sources for cloud and everyone, so he hits for 9999, but i wish that we could break the damage limit, i want to see how i can go:D

umm u must be lieing cuase im PRETTY sure u cant do that with any of the sources… i could be wrong but i think ur lieing

he is lying, because you can only do the w-item dupe trick with items that can be used in battle.

Seventy Thousand Pts. of damage. (70,000). Don’t believe me? Here’s how it broke down:

7K x 10 (10 Mastered Counters) = 70,000 points of damage.

Hehehe nobody said we couldn’t use materia…

PS: You’d be suprised how fast you can master Counter-Attacks when you put them on Triple Growth Slots and fight in the Northern Crater. 100 grand AP isn’t that much when you’re getting 7200 per fight. It’s hilarious how many times your character counter-attacks; one for every piece equipped. I got to work with this after noticing Cloud struck twice when I had two counter-attacks equipped. Madness I tell you. Madness.

PS 2: This is also a HILARIOUS way to beat Emerald. Let him strike Cloud with all his armor/materia slots filled with Counter-Attacks (this amounts to 16 max). He should have Ultima Weapon equipped. Everytime the idiot Emerald hurts Cloud he’ll bite it with a nice combo of Counter-Attacks that do about 159,984 points of damage. Just concentrate on healing up your characters with Cure3-ALL so Cloud doesn’t die, and make sure you have a nice Revive with Life 2 ready if Cloud should fall victim to Aire Tam Storm (which he probably will).

Well thats not where I usually get my power sources, I usually get them from Gongaga, you can get the power sources from that triceratops looking thing (i don’t remember it’s name)

….and I just checked my damage, it usually does around 3,700…….str is 185

i have no idea what i take off with a normal attack its nearly impossible to tell because i get a critical hit 99% of the time. 6,500 – 8,500 or so with critical (255str, lv 99)

I usually get them from Gongaga, you can get the power sources from that triceratops looking thing Throughout FF7 there is a monster (other than the ones in the gelnika[or whatever])for each source like the triceritops thingy. You can morph a Spiral (found near mideel)to get a guard source.

You can morph each of the 6 monsters in Gelinka into one of the 6 kind of sources. Equip could with Ultimate Weapon on Cloud and 2x Cut materia. Im pretty sure the monsters have 20khp so attack with cloud then morph them with someone else.

if you want the hp… i know the following varriables:

poodler(tenticle shell thing) 6000
(the jelleyfish guys)8000
serpent 13000
(thing with snake tail and slaps)12000
(flower looking thing that confuses)i think 18000
(the thing that does tongue)i think it is 16000

my tip is to use L4 sewiside on the flying monsters (accept the jellyfish things) and use demi3 with w-magic (you have to use L4 sewicide either 2wice or use it after at least 4000 points of damage has been inflicted)

i think hes lieing 2..
but mine does 9999 damage 2 cause all those power sources my strenght is at max[255] cause i used gameshrark..

lvl99 with 255 strengh, no materia will take off around 6000 for me

I just tried the counter attack trick using clouds ultimate weapon… all I can say is holy crap!!!!!!!!! 9999 a hit times however many materia slots (w/ a mastered cover… lol) for every attack thrown they recieved that damage back…. times 400000… AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I just checked and with a mastered character the buster sword will always inflict 9999
