Hippo of Alexandria… Race!

How did everyone do with him? I won like around 100 times when I raced him, how did you guys do? You get a cheap prize if you beat him so many times. ^.^

I did not do too well with that game. I could only get him to Lv.34.
What is the prize for beating him 100 times, anyway?

You can race Hippaul at Alexandria on Third Disc with Vivi. He’s in the back with the other poor bastards. ^.* You get Athlete Queen for beating him so many times.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">You get the Athlete queen key item when you race him to level 80. After that, there is no point continuing; he’s very difficult to beat then and you don’t get any more rewards anyway. Up until then you get a card every 10 levels from about level 30 onwards. The best card you get is the Nova Dragon card at level 60, this is a very good card to have at this stage of the game.

If you win a race by a short distance he goes up by 1 level, but if you win by a long distance he goes up by 5 levels. Therefore early on it is worth beating him by a long way so that he levels up faster. 🙂

I did it bout 4 times and got bored.

Well…he was very easy at first…but me and my brother noticed that if you run against him consequently, he gets a little harder…well, probably everybody noticed about his levels…eh? He’s cool though. Kinda spiffy.

yea he gets REALLY hard…i have fast hands through all my years of uh you know what, and i still had trouble…. not much fun that game was…:D
