You can buy them at Figaro Castle. Go up to the thrown room and go right I think into that door. Talk to the man and the avaible tools are yours. You can’t buy them all in once, so you have to come back on a later basis for more.

Air Anchor is nearly impossible to find unless you have a guide. In one of the rooms, I think the second 1 up or something, you go into the room, to the right of the treasure chest, and press the talk button there. You would hear a noise, go outside the room and find a door below you. Go into it to get the weapon. And that debilitator thing, Its not buyable, or at least i never found it. Its the only 1 i don’t have.
