First of all, there are a lack of games with a female lead (only Tomb Raider comes to mind).
Secondly, The interaction with the Dragon Arock is very unique, and solidifies your belief in this "other wordly" setting.
Thirdly, There are tons of side-quests that I actually enjoy doing – and unlike FF, they aren’t semi-mandatory. (In other words, if you don’t do the side-quests it really doesn’t kill your game).
Anyone else have an opinion?
i hope this awnsers ur question.
Ya, you answered my question (which was "what is your opinion?"). Apparently it’s not a very popular game – only one person has an opinion.

Well to me it really doesn’t matter if a male or female is the leading character. More important is the game: r the controls thought out carefully, r the graphics good, how is the sound, gameplay is very important playing a game that only takes 6hours to complete and has nothing more to offer like multiple endings then I wouldn’t buy the game and most important the story of a game. I don’t know if U played the first Drakan but it was a ame that was very enjoable, though it was hard at sometimes I really wanted to know how it ended. I’m busy now with Drakan: the ancients gate like u and the controls r good the graphics r ok (I’ve seen better) and the sound effects r good, the gameplay is good enough that if I’d finish the game I surely would play it again.
i hope this awnsers ur question.
Wow! I haven’t seen any one else talk about Order of the Flame besides me…..I love that game…..It is pretty hard towards the end……….anyway to the new Drakan……what simularities are there compared to OotF…..but once I get a job will buy a ps2 and buy a FFX and Drakan.
