i dont know ive tryed numerous times and she just wont move and how do u get the chest in the south gate on top of the huge wagon thingy.:confused:

I think you can only get to the chest in Dali after you fight Black Waltz 2 before you get on the cargo ship but there is nothing much in it.
To get to the chest at the south gate you will have to come back later in the game since you can’t get it when you first go there.
