Perfect Blue

For those of you who know about the movie, I was thinking of buying Perfect Blue. Can those of you whove seen it give me some opinions on it. Thanks.

this should be in the anime form but oh well, it is a very good movie, kinda weird but worth having in your collection.

I dont want to give away to much but it is very hard to tell what is real, what is her imagiation, and what is acting.

Um….may I ask what this movie is about? I’ve never seen it or even heard of it!

to sum it up, singer turns to actress, actress has a stalker, stalker kills people who are mean to actress, actress goes crazy.

Hmmm….very interesting….

great film. good ending, can get a bit lame at some points tho. if u like anime or thrillers definately a good buy.

too bad windsor dun have any good anime stores. the movie store dun have it. the lil itsy bitsy anime store only stocks DBZ and sailor moon and crap like that X.x
other wise i’d go n check it out. and look for my ceres: celestial legend series. ^^

yes, it is very good, but when it slows down at times it can seem lame.

I give it a 8.5 or 9

content: violence, some cartoon nudity, and i think some adult language

That plot sounds interesting. I’d like to see that… The only problem is, that they don’t have any anime in my local stores 🙁 Well, some pok�mon & digimon -stuff, but nothing else ~__~

i used to have the same problem, and still do to some extent. just check ur local comic shop, they usually stock anime and mangas there. if not, then go to somewhere like london (not jus for anime, but next time ur in the area…)

I only have a very few anime tapes… one because I’m poor and two because I’m picky…

-half of Cowboy Bebop recorded from adult swim
-a Trigun tape that has the episode "Paradise" on it
-the "Hot Spring Planet Tenrei" episode of Outlaw Star
-Perfect Blue
-Akira(a very old tape I bought used at a video store)
-The "Journey though time and space" episodes of Tenchi "Universe", and Princess Mononoke(SP?)(I got them the same way I got Akira)

My two favorite video’s in my collection are "Princess Mononoke" and "Perfect Blue"

Both of them scare the hell outta moi… still…

Perfect blue wasn’t my taste. It was too much like one of those real movies… not what I expected at all. It was actually quite scary at times. The art is different from most anime in that the girl looks more realistic then a normal anime chick. It’s an okay anime.

We need more of this I think. Its probably why I have more of an interest in the drama shows now.

perfect blue is too complex for most of ppls’ tastes. Yeah, I saw it and it got me starring at the screen in confusion
