Getting rubees aren’t that hard… but try Goron mountain and play the mini-games there… you should be able to get 100 rubees and seeds when you play that Slingshot Mine game.
As for cheats…. well, this isn’t a major cheat… but if you put your Ages or Seasons game in a Gameboy Advance, you will be able to go into the Advanced Shop with some items there…
I think they are…. Seasons Ring/Ages ring, a random ring, and seeds.
