WEll…levelling up and using awesome equipment renders megaelixirs useless.

I have tried this and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!
Most of the times when I tried stealing from them (you did mean the Peepers, right?) I got that annoying "Couldn’t steal" message. And even when I could steal, I only got elixers anyway.

billy said the scorpions; the peepers are little funny things with curly tails, arent they (haven’t played n a while)? i havent tried it, so im not sure as to whether it works, but it DEFINATELY wont work if your stealing off the wrong enemy! 🙂

According to the secrets list I’m looking at, you steal Megalixirs from the Earth Guard enemy on that island. Oh- another way to make the game really easy is to win Economizer relics from the Brachosaurs in the forest on the Northern portion of the Veldt continent (this is not part of the Veldt.) These let you cast any magic for 1 MP. Oh, and if you got the Magic Box at the top of Kefka’s tower, you can wager it in the Colosseum and if you win the battle (should be easy if you were able to do the tower), you’ll get an Economizer.
Oh, here’s another good one:
– Imp Halberd -> Cat Hood -> Merit Award -> Rename Card -> Marvel Shoes -> Tintinabar -> Exp. Egg
Follow this sequence at the Colosseum to get unlimited Exp.Egg. Let me know if you guys want more of this stuff and I’ll give you the site where I’m finding it.
