After buying ff6 for ma good ol’ playstation I realised just how much the graphics had changed in between ff7. Everything in it seems so much better. In between ff7 and ff8 I think they took a big-ish leap the characters look a lot more life like. I’ll get to the point when did you think the graphics really changed from its last ff game?

yea the difference between FF6 and 7 was huge, 2d to 3d, but there was also a huge jump in systems. I think FF7 to 8 was the bigest because of staying on the same platform.

Yeah 6 to 7 just cause it was 2d to 3d. I mean if there was a 4d we could play on Playstation 2 then FFX would be the major change.

the change in graphics never bothered. although i would say that if FF6 had been released on the PSX originally then it would have been far better than FF7.

It was also the system change. FF6 was for the nes but was re-done for ps1.

It was for the SNES and redone for the PS1.

Ah, close enough. I read that a long time ago and could not remeber if it was snes or nes. None the less FF6 is my fav Final Fantasy.

theres a big difference in the graphics of 7 and 8. 7’s are more cubeish, and 8’s are more realistic
