And you can learn Ultima from the paladin shield?

Answer 1: No. You cannot have Odin and Raiden at the same time. Odin turns into Raiden
Answer 2: Yes. You can learn Ultima from the Paladin Shield at the same rate as you would learn it from the Ragnarok esper.

Well there is no real point to odin, so its ok to turn him into raidin. If you have crusader, he teaches the same move way faster.
Well If u actually fought 255 battles to get the palidin shield, then yea it teaches Ultima. And if ur gonna trade ragnarok esper for the sword to get the illumina, thats not the best idea.The Rangarok esper teaches Ultima, but it can also morph guys into some awsome items.

Dude Illumina is tyhe best weapon ever. It hits people for 9999 like nothing and bocks 50% of all attacks. Geez!
