what exactly happens when you have caght every monster in the world, like, i know he makes new stronger monsters, but is that it??? like after a few you get aurons sigil but why continue after that, it’s not as if he gives you item……does he????:confused: :confused: 😀

Well, you can get rare items from creations. and if you capture 10 monsters of all the monsters in Spira, he will create Nemesis,the strongest boss in the whole game.

And you can also get blossum crown from him.

Yup just Nemesis and monsters that drop important items that you’ll need to make weapons or train with (spheres). Plus if you beat Nemesis, you get the mark of conquest. Also if you beat Nemesis, Sin will be so easy…

You also have to kill all the bosses in the monster arena, don’t forget that —–> In order to get Nemesis

What is this Nemesis, and what does he/it give you. Also, what does it looks like?

Nemesis is the final original monter in the monster arena. He is avaialable once you get 10 of EVERY fiend and you beat all the monster and arena conquest monsters as well as the other original monsters. He gives the mark of conquest (actually the guy gives it to you) if yu beat him, warp spheres (you can use them to go anywhere), and weapons with 4 slots, one of them with break damage limit. He looks like Ultima and Omega weapons I think, but I beat them both so fast that I forgot how they look like.

Nemesis is the replicant of Omega Weapon and, if you are able to beat him, he will give you a Warp Sphere and usually a weapon with Break Damage Limit, or Armor with Break HP Limit and Break MP Limit.

The first time I beat him, I received a pathetic Break Damage Limit spear for Kimarhi, only 55,000 AP, and a little gil. If you beat him once, don’t bother beating him again because all it is is a waste of your time and money.

Hell, I could beat Catastrophe four or five times and gain more gil and AP in the time it takes me to beat him.

Oh yes, and if you use any Overdrive aainst him, he will counter with a massive Ultima, and most likely attack you again because of your decreased stamina. Overdrive->AP is the way to go.

You don’t get MP Break Limit in the armor, just HP break limit. You always get armor for someone with that ability if not a weapon.

I beat him a second time to get more Level 4 Key Spheres and won High Spirits for Wakka, with both Break MP Limit and Break HP Limit.

And the requirements for beating Nemesis are:

Fast characters
Quick Hit for all
Break Damage Limit and Break HP Limit for at least two characters in your party
All Aeons
Auto-Phoenix
Hastega, Auto-Life, and Full-Life
At least two Legendary Weapons
Warrior Overdrive Mode for your two characters with the Legendary Weapons

Battle!

Make sure you start with your two strongest
You should have a fast character equipped with a weapon that gives First Strike
Have your character with First Strike use Hastega (CANNOT be your two strongest characters because the character’s next turn will be awhile)
Use Quick Hit to Nemesis with all characters until the turn before Nemesis’s turn comes up
Work it out so that the character with First Strike attacks this turn
Change character with Yuna and use Aeon
Attack with Aeon and let Nemesis finish it off (DO NOT use overdrive)
Have next character cast Haste on Yuna
Attack with Quick Hit until Yuna’s turn comes up
switch Yuna with fast character with First Strike and have him Quick Hit
Quick Hit until character with First Strike has last turn
Switch Yuna in again and repeat

Do this until all of your Aeons have been killed. By this time, you should have either already killed him or close to it. Cast Auto-Life on characters and finish him off.

OK… stupid lieing FAQ…

Yeah, if yu do ODs, he counters with Ultima, it does alot of damage, 5000-5500 with 255 Magic Defense…

What? I wasn’t rude!!! I was just adding that he’ll counter ODs with Ultima and how much damage that does… I have no idea how that is rude and I also did that strategy when I fought him as well as some Attack Reels because it takes awhile to scroll down for Quick Hit so I sometimes do Attack Reels to make it more fun… Apparently I never got an armor with MP Break on it and the FAQ (not yours, a different one where I get my strategies from) said you only get one with HP Break so that’s what I meant by lying FAQ… I DID NOT MEAN YOUR FAQ… I’m sorry if I caused any misleadment and i does kinda look like I was talking about yours but I wasn’t…

OK with that gone… It is kinda wise to get some charcters soem Speed and Strenght Spheres and sue them on the SG so they can bet stronger and faster. You might also want to get Yuna to be faster or make an armor for her with Auto-Haste so she can switch in and out quickly and allow the other character to attack w/more time…

hey akari kanzanki, chill out, if you read vivi’s message that was supposedly rude, you could have understood that he was actually giving advice and props, not put downs, take your own advice and don’t be so rude.

by the way, your stratgy is perfect, but you also have to remeber that if he ever kills one of your characters and they cannot be brought back, you have to find away to revive them by helping your charcters and reviving that person
