yes it is. i think it should just be for ps2 cuz on the computer, hackers can come on and kick ass.

Yes it will be on the computer.
and even if it was ONLY on the PS2 hackers would still be able to hack it. But because of the all the patches, it will be almost impossible to hack anyway.
