Energy Crystals and Pulse Ammo

I haven’t played Final Fantasy 8 for a while.So could someone refresh my memory and tell me what is the easiest way to get Energy Crystals and Pulse Ammo.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Energy Crystals: On disc 3 after the Lunar Cry, go into Esthar. If you are coming in from the Airstation, go down to the screen just past the rejuvenating save point and then up. If you’re coming from the main entrance, just go left and then up at the first oppurtunity. There should be a soldier standing on the path leading right. Talk to him and he will start laughing, then you will have to battle an Elnoyle. Don’t mug the Elnoyle, just kill it. If it is at L40+ it will drop 2-3 Energy Crystals. It will keep reappearing if you leave and re-enter the screen. A status attack of Death can affect them, and is recommended as they have a lot of HP.

Pulse Ammo: Now that you have Energy Crystals, you can easily get Pulse Ammo. Using Ifrit’s ability Ammo-RF, you can refine 1 Energy Crystal into 10 Pulse Ammo. 🙂
