For this it is quite simple all u have to do is get one person who knows two swords technice then put the sword u want in left hand and shield in right go to a shop (that sells swords) then go to fitting room and then best fit and there u got it

i did all of it and i beat that one guy it said but it still wont let me it is still green and when i got there nothing happens and the dragon girl person is now a real human so what did i do wrong?

I think the dupe trick is the best, I used it to dupe Chaos Blades for all my main characters… lol.:lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
