Deep sea research center (*Spoilers* maybe)

I’ve done this part before to get Bahamut and Eden, but at the save i’ve been playing recently i’ve just got Bahamut and when I tried to go back to the research center I just enter the room where Bahamut once was and there’s a huge hole in the ground but I can’t go down it for some reason, and if my memory serves me correct then I should be able to.

Basically what i’m asking is do I have to flick a switch or anything, If you know then could you please reply because I urgently need this, thanks.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Once you have defeated Bahamut, go back to the Ragnarok and talk to Laguna. Laguna will be in the room if you go down the elevator and to the left. Once you have talked to Laguna, go back to the Deep Sea Research Center and there should now be a save point at the top, and a path leading to a pole you can climb down to get into the facility. 🙂

You don’t even need to talk to anyone, just board the Ragnarok, press "circle" to enter it, then tell Selphie to land it.

I remember having to talk to people on the air ship. Anyway, once you see the hole you can climb down it, just make sure ur pressin in the right direction.

you go to the raganrock as the others have said but when you land again and get inside theres a save point
at this point change your party to include zell (if it doesn’t already) as he is needed to enter the fight with ultima weapon

you can change back to the normal party just before the fight if you wish.
